We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you cannot find a suitable product for exchange, you may opt to receive a Shanus voucher instead, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Shanus retains the right to decline an exchange if deemed invalid, and in such cases, we will provide you with the relevant reasoning.
Shanus cannot be held liable for any damage sustained by the sari post-purchase, including damage from rain, overuse, stains, improper cleaning and care, and other forms of normal wear and tear.
If we cannot arrange a pickup at your location, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Shanu's credits, provided the product adheres to the return policy and you have provided us with a scanned copy of the courier receipt.
We prioritize returns as we are committed to delivering quality products to you. However, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Damaged:
Our strong commitment to quality assurance ensures that the likelihood of damage is extremely low. Each outfit undergoes rigorous inspections at multiple stages to uphold our quality standards.
Size Discrepancy:
If it turns out you ordered the wrong size, don't worry. We're more than happy to assist you with this.
Shanu’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Shanu’s within 3 Days Post-delivery provided the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.
Items that cannot be exchanged:
• Jewelry, gift cards, saris with detached blouse pieces, saris with tasseling already applied, and customized/altered products, Products purchased on offers.
• Products purchased on offers.
• Already exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
• If you have requested false and pico, and/or sari tasseling/blouse detachment services for your purchased sari.
We do not accept exchanges for the following concerns.
Color Perception:
The colors displayed on your device may vary due to differences in color reproduction, brightness, resolution, and temperature among individual devices. If you require further clarification before making a purchase, please reach out to our customer engagement team. They are available to assist you and can provide "daylight" images if necessary. Please note that we do not accept exchanges based on color perception concerns.
